Cashier/Bank Teller:

Cashier teller positions involve handling customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers of funds to other accounts, while providing excellent customer service in banks. In other words, it can be said that it is the backbone of a bank. Just as a human being has no existence without a backbone, a bank is lifeless without a cashier or a teller.

Operations Manager/Branch Service Manager:

An operation or branch service manager is responsible for all administrative matters in banks, from managing banking operations to leading the cashier. It would not be wrong to say that in our Eastern society, just as a woman controls the home, the operation or branch service manager is the key to the bank.

Branch Manager:

Branch managers oversee bank branch operations, staff management, customer services, sales goals, and compliance with banking regulations. A branch manager is given sales targets which he is responsible for achieving through a team. It would not be out of place to say that apart from a good sales team, a branch manager is zero.

Treasury Officer:

Treasury officers are responsible for handling the bank’s liquidity management, foreign investment, foreign exchange transactions, and risk management related to the bank’s assets and liabilities. This Treasury department offers Foreign exchange rates in Pakistan.

Relationship Manager:
