Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team.
- Ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that bring into line with institute goals.
- Supervise the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to on boarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a appropriate manner.
- Administer payment and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on profession development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining precise and classified minutes.
- Foster a positive institute culture through employee engagement and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with top senior management to line up Human Resources practices with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
- Five years proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, PF, labor laws, and HR regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students & external departments.
- Established ability to handle confidential information with maturity.
- Proficiency in time management software and M.S. Office Suite.
- Strong managerial and investigative skills.
- Ability to supervise, lead and motivate a team.
- Driving performance and engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related degree.
- Professional HR certification or Post Graduate Diploma/Certificate).
- Five years Experience in HR department.
